To Confirm a Reservation

50% deposit with balance due 5 days prior to your stay.


Payment options
Credit card / Direct Deposit – you can make an electronic transfer to our account – please contact us for details.
Guests may also wish to pay their accommodation off at regular intervals prior to their stay.

Cancellation Policy: 

28-14 days prior 25% deposit held.

Less than 14 days full deposit held.

If another booking is taken for the cancelled dates, we will of course provide a full refund.

HOUSE RULES

​

Check in: After 3pm  Check out: 10.30am

Late departure will incur a $60 surcharge.

​

Please leave the cottage in a tidy state.
All dishes washed and stored and sink and benches wiped down.
All refuse to be placed in bin at the front gate, recyclables in tub and compost placed in the compost bin in the back courtyard.

 

We request you do not move furniture from its place.
A $60 surcharge applies if our housekeeper has to do extra cleaning.

Child Policy:

Due to potential hazards, we have an “adults only” policy.


Pets:

The abundant wildlife and proximity to the National park means we cannot accommodate pets.

​

Visitors: 

Facilities are provided for booked guests – no extra visitors please.

INCLUSIONS

​

Bed linen, towels, tea towels. Extra pillows, a cosy doona, blankets and quilt. Ironing board, iron, hairdryers, liquid soap.

WI-FI - Available


Kitchen:

Well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, coffee plungers. Fan-forced oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, electric jug, toaster,  wok and portable electric grill.
Push button electric BBQ in the courtyard.
Tea bags, ground coffee, oil and condiments.


What You Need to Bring:

Personal items and provisions.

Cleaning regime:
We clean to a meticulous standard and allow 24 hours between guests.
